We'll be conquering reps, multiple hills, steps, or inclines, and you're free to do as many as you feel comfortable with. Come and join us at 6.30pm on Tuesdays for a chatty active walk while supporting your mental wellbeing. General distance is about 3 miles. All welcome, from the youngsters to the elders, no age limit.

This weeks session will be:
5 min warm up walk.
5k run. (Easy chatty pace) nobody will be left behind.
5 minute cool down walk.
You should do this 3 x per week.
Finishing up with a stretch after, this is very important to prevent injury. Any questions? Please ask x

Various interval sessions to improve speed and running efficiency

14/9/23;
Warm up run to GP 1mile (as a group)
Option 1;
2 mins @5k pace with 2 min rec jog x 4.
1 min fast with 1 min rec jog x 4.
Option 2;
10 x 30 sec sprint with 30 secs off (off is a gentle jog)
Always remember to stretch after your sessions, this is very important to enable to body to recover well.
