Tonights session will be our solid 5k. This session will then be moved on to our easy paced group. The general pace is between 12-13min miles.
You will have access to our WhatsApp group chat where you can post your runs, ask for any advice, be offered tips & support through out the whole course. This group chat will only be for those taking part in the c25k sessions, whether you are taking part in person or virtually, supporting each other who will all be in the same boat as you. Starting your running journey with us!

Session 1: Intervals
WU - easy chatty 1k to GP.
60sec fast x 5, 90sec rec.
2 sets, with 3 mins rec in between each set.
C/D - easy chatty pace back to cars.
Stretch.
Session 2: Beginners
Warm up drills
.60 Warm up run to GP
6 x 20 sec fast with 20 sec rec
Cool down run back to cars
Session 3:
5k around GP
After the session we will do a stretching session back at the cars, this is very important to aid recovery & prevent injury.

A gentle hill session for those who want to start getting those hills in on their runs. A pace of around 12-13mm.
This session will be led by Alan, taking in the hills, inclines & steps around RG2. There may be reps, so get ready for a good session. Don’t worry, nobody will get left behind

Join us for an exciting and inclusive hill running session that caters to all fitness levels! We'll be conquering reps, multiple hills, steps, or inclines, and you're free to do as many as you feel comfortable with.
