We'll be conquering reps, multiple hills, steps, or inclines, and you're free to do as many as you feel comfortable with. The Running Rave - A Group Run To Music

Join Steve as he leads an easy (10 to 11-minute miles / 6:15 to 6:54k) 5k run. We are listening and signing to songs selected by mindfully active members. No headphones are required leave them at home! We will all be listening to the same song via the wonders of Bluetooth speakers.
If you want to submit a song to hear please get in contact before the class with your choice of music.
Singing isn't required but greatly encouraged.

6 minute recovery walk
Run 1k
5 minute cool down walk.

Warm up mile to GP, easy chatty pace.
2 x 90 secs Fast
4 x 60 secs Fast
4 x 30 secs Fast
4 x 15 secs Fast
Equal duration float recoveries (running at a steady effort between the faster efforts, rather than an easy jog).
Cool down run back to the cars.
Improves speed, speed endurance, power and strength.
Always remember to stretch after your sessions, this is very important to enable to body to recover well.
