We will doing c25k for the next 9-12 weeks. Each week you will have a qualified running coach on run 1, then run2&3 you can either run solo or buddy up. You will have access to our WhatsApp group chat where you can post your runs, ask for any advice, be offered tips & support through out the whole course. This group chat will only be for those taking part in the c25k sessions, whether you are taking part in person or virtually, supporting each other who will all be in the same boat as you. Starting your running journey with us!

On all our evening runs over the winters months you must wear a head or body torch, no light no run! Thanks. Meeting at Jewsons 9/10/25: Session 1: Warm up drills. Warm up run to GP 1k 30 sec on, 30 sec off x 8 Go for it Cool down 1k back to cars Session 2: Beginners Warm up drills .60 Warm up run to GP 6 x 30 sec fast with 30 sec rec Cool down run back to cars Session 3: 5k around GP After the session we will do a stretching session back at the cars, this is very important to aid recovery & prevent injury. Any questions, please do ask.

A gentle hill session for those who want to start getting those hills in on their runs. A pace of around 12-13mm. This session will be led by Alan, taking in the hills, inclines & steps around RG2. Join us for an exciting and inclusive hill running session that caters to all fitness levels! We'll be conquering reps, multiple hills, steps, or inclines, and you're free to do as many as you feel comfortable with. Each week's session will be: Pace is around 12-13mm. Starting off with a 5 min warm up walk, 2 min run, 1 min walk, x 5 If members feeling good, Up the run to 5 mins then 2 min walk x 3 5 mins cool down walk back to cars.
