Easy paced running group


Service Description

Each week's session will be: Pace is around 12-13mm. Starting off with a 5 min warm up walk, 2 min run, 1 min walk, x 5 If members feeling good, Up the run to 5 mins then 2 min walk x 3 5 mins cool down walk back to cars. This is a great introduction back into running. Finishing up with a stretch after, this is very important to prevent injury. Any questions? Please ask x Meeting at Jewsons, Badingstoke Rd, Reading
