As a run leader and first aider in Sport and Mental Heath, I know firsthand the benefits of physical activity for both the mind and body. I've seen the incredible impact that physcal activities can have on a person's mental well-being, and I want to share that with as many people as possible. That's why Mindfully Active was created, a community-based program that focuses on improving overall health and well-being through physical activity and social events. I am passionate about helping others and committed to the Mindfully Active community. Whether you're an experienced runner, or just looking to be more active, Mindfully Active is a place where you can feel welcome, supported, and encouraged to reach your goals.
