HOW OFTEN DOES MINDFULLY ACTIVE MEET?

Currently there are 3 weekly running events. For other special events, please see our Special Events page.

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE?

You'll need to register with the site to be able to get involved! It's FREE.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Simple, just follow these instructions -

  1.  Click on the Login button at the top of the page.

  2. You will now be on the Login page and will see "New to this site? Sign Up". Simply click on the signup link

  3. Fill out the form and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Then submit

  4. Once submitted we will send a code to your email address. Keep the browser window or tab open

  5. Check your email for the code (please check your junk/spam folder if you don't receive the code after a few minutes)

  6. Input the code and submit it into the browser window or tab that you left open 

  7. Congratulations you are now a member and can book runs and events

HOW DO I COME ON A RUN OR CLASS

This is easy and all our classes are completely free, apart from the occasional special session that might have an outside coach these sessions will be made clear with the price in the event description. To book our free sessions simply make sure you are a member (see above) and go to the book online page then click book now the calendar will show all the upcoming sessions for that class or simply click 'next available session' to book the next upcoming one click 'Next' if you'd like to leave us a message then please fill out this field. Finally, click 'book now' and you will get a confirmation and you will also receive an email confirming. Now you just have to turn up to the meeting point and have fun.
