Various interval sessions to improve speed and running efficiency
7/12/23; Fast and getting faster - 1 mile warm up to GP 1 min rec. 5 x 2mins at 70% effort with 1 min rec. 5 x 1min at max effort with 30 sec rec. Session 2 (beginners); Warm up run to GP 1 min rec 30 sec sprints x 5 45 sec rec. Session 3; Warm up run to GP 5k of around 10mm pace Cool down run back to cars Always remember to stretch after your sessions, this is very important to enable to body to recover well.
