Service Description
10/4/24: Session 1: 5k plod round GP Session 2 (beginners) 30 sec x 5 sprint With 1 min rec in between. Cool down run back to cars. Always remember to stretch after your sessions, this is very important to enable to body to recover well. Any questions, please do ask.
