Various interval sessions to improve speed and running efficiency


Service Description

On all our evening runs over the winters months you must wear a head or body torch, no light no run! Thanks. 1/5/25 Session 1: Warm up run to Green Park at a relaxed chatty pace. 0.6 mile 1 min rec 8 x 45 sec 45 sec rec Recovery run back to cars. Session 2: Beginners Warm up chatty pace run to GP 2 min rec 60 sec, faster than your 5k pace, (but not a sprint) x 4 with 45 sec recovery in between Session 3: 5k run around GP Cool down run back to cars. After the session we will do a stretching session back at the cars, this is very important to aid recovery & prevent injury. Any questions, please do ask.
