Intervals - Run Training

Various interval sessions to improve speed and running efficiency


Service Description

11/7/24: Session 1: Warm up run to Green Park 1min rec 3mins @5k pace x 6 1 min rec in between. Cool down run back to cars. Session 2: (beginners) Warm up run to GP 1 min rec 30 sec faster running x 5 45 sec rec in between each run. Session 3; 5k plod After any session we will do a stretching session back at the cars, this is very important to aid recovery & prevent injury. Any questions, please do ask.
