Led by Andrea: 23/5/23 Week 3; This weeks session will be: 5 min warm up walk Run 2k 6 minute recovery walk Run 1k 5 minute cool down walk. Finishing up with a stretch after, this is very important to prevent injury. Any questions? Please ask x
